(STARpod.org) -- A timeline of events has been approved for release, following review of the STARstream Research OCTOBER RED 'psychic-spy' file.

1998-1999 White House counterterrorism czar  Richard Clarke conducts a table top exercise including a suicide air attack against Washington D.C. in a scenario that is nearly identical to one provided by Army Intelligence psychics in 1983. UK-based psychic dream detective Christopher Robinson reports a vision of airplanes used as cruise missiles against tall buildings to his British intelligence contacts. In the U.S., CIA's John Gannon and his National Intelligence Council receive a report warning of the possible use of suicide aircraft by al Qaida. Former USWeb CEO Joe Firmage launches the International Space Sciences Organization, or ISSO, to investigate alleged reverse-engineered alien technologies. Firmage also funds futurist John L. Petersen's Arlington Institute. At the time, Arlington Institute board members include former Director of Central Intelligence R. James Woolsey.

SEPTEMBER 2000: Dan T. Smith, son of an Eisenhower presidential advisor, suggests interest by the CIA in discussion of various paranormal topics, including the reverse engineering of advanced technology then being pursued by former USWeb CEO Joe Firmage. Ronald S. Pandolfi, who had been identified by the New York Times as a senior CIA analyst, responds to Mr. Smith in a tongue-in-cheek fashion, concerning Smith's allusion to recruitment by CIA. Among the numerous recipients: Joe Firmage, who was responsible for bringing together scientists from the former Soviet Union with their Western counterparts, physicist Jack Sarfatti, known for his interest in backwards time information from the future, Gary S. Bekkum, who would later launch STARstream Research, and psychic Uri Geller. Later, declassified CIA documents reveal a Congressional mandate to declassify paranormal research and encourage cooperative efforts with the Russians.

JANUARY 2001: Psychic 'dream detective' source Chris Robinson, concerned about dreams of an air attack against Western targets involving hijacked aircraft, has a falling out with his MI5 handler. Robinson is determined to prove the reality of his future visions, and decides to seek academic support in the United States. Although aware of new terror threats from al Qaida, Bekkum shelves a private future-directed investigation during a contentious divorce, unaware of Mr. Robinson's concerns.

AUGUST 2001: Chris Robinson's psychic vision is tested at the University of Arizona by Professor Gary E. Schwartz. During his stay in the United States, Robinson has increasingly intense visions of the 9/11 attack in New York City.

SEPTEMBER 2001: Following his return to the United Kingdom, Robinson warns the US CIA presence in London about his visions, hours before the actual attacks occur. During the attacks of September 11, Robinson is contacted by a US Colonel. Eventually Robinson will return to the United States, where he will meet with DIA and NSA operatives. In London, former CIA-sponsored psychic Uri Geller claims to have been "reactivated" by "Ron," according to Jon Ronson, the author of The Men Who Stare at Goats.

SEPTEMBER 19-20, 2001: Dan T. Smith reports attending a meeting at the TIGER CAGE at the zoo in Washington D.C., at the behest of Ronald S. Pandolfi, who is known to work for the CIA. According to Smith, others present at the 'emergency' post-9/11 meeting include other military intelligence related persons. A document obtained by STARstream Research, dated September 20, 2001, and authored by Professor Gary E. Schwartz at the University of Arizona, discusses the creation of a PRECOGNITIVE INTELLIGENCE RESEARCH UNIT. In the document, UK psychic Chris Robinson is identified as having "worked undercover for Scotland Yard and British Intelligence for the past twelve years." Schwartz notes he has confirmed this with Robinson's intelligence officers [in the UK] and that they "swear to his authenticity, accuracy, and utility."

2002-2003: The Ministry of Defence in the UK secretly tests the utility of psychic spying. Redacted information in the files, later obtained under a Freedom of Information request, suggests an on-going program in another nation. Sources claim to have been recruited to psychically "remote view" various targets of interest, including Iran, and Saddam Hussein in Iraq. Later, a former high-level NSA official will confirm meeting with Robinson in the United States, at the Arlington Institute, a location previously associated with former CIA psychic spy scientist Dr. Hal Puthoff, entrepreneur Joe Firmage, and former Director of Central Intelligence R. James Woolsey.

A second document obtained by STARstream Research, also authored by Gary E. Schwartz at the University of Arizona, and dated November 20, 2002, discusses funding needs and sources for the proposed PRECOGNITIVE INTELLIGENCE RESEARCH UNIT. According to the document, "Dr. Schwartz introduced Mr. [Chris] Robinson to Dr. [Deepak] Chopra. Dr. Schwartz also introduced Mr. Robinson to Mr. [John] Petersen of the Arlington Institute, who will play an important role in the project." The document also notes that "for reasons of security and other matters, some supporting and collaborative members will do so anonymously." The document also states that "we currently use a combination of [psychic] individuals, some who receive their information in dream states, and others who receive their information in waking states."

JANUARY 2004: Determined to avoid repeating the failure to heed psychic warnings of the 9/11 attacks, Gary S. Bekkum announces the creation of STARstream Research, to formally organize previous private future-casting efforts initiated following a survey of new physics concepts in the late 1990s.

JULY 2006: Laura Eisenhower Mahon, the great-granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, is introduced to John L. Petersen of the Arlington Institute, by a man she will later identify as Agent X. It is later revealed that Agent X, a man Ms. Eisenhower Mahon claims attempted to recruit her into a secretive black-ops mission, is Richard Dell Jr., an aerospace entrepreneur from North Carolina.

JULY 2007: A source to investigative author Gus Russo reports that the NSA is involved in a deep black on-going paranormal psychic spy program affiliated with university researchers. Russo's source will later reveal that the alleged NSA paranormal research is  conducted at Johns Hopkins and The Monroe Institute.

OCTOBER 4, 2008: John L. Petersen of the Arlington Institute issues a WHETHERreport called "Potential Disruptive Event," concerning multiple premonitions of impending disruption in the United States. Ron Pandolfi's associate, former CIA official Dr. Christopher Kit Green, heads to China, where he discusses a proposed paranormal experiment with Chinese research scientists.

APRIL-MAY-JUNE 2009: STARstream Research explores an informal psychic investigation into late CIA Director RICHARD HELMS related to alleged extraterrestrial CORE STORY rumor sourced from senior government consultant and former senior CIA analyst; psychic information falling out from the study suggests an attack against the city of Chicago. An oblique reference is made to the psychically sourced Chicago attack database in the STARstream Research STARpod.org series, "Knowing the Future: The UFO Spy Games" Mind Wars chapter:

Clues have already been provided to you. Each alone has a meaning; together they are one. This one is the Bishop's Knight. This one is the White Knight. This, the King's Four. Checkmate. The Black King falls and turns. He is summoned to the chamber. He turns towards a windy city. The walls collapse.

AUGUST 2009: Various disconnected threads suggest a building terror threat; a bomb plot is suspected based upon anomalous mental phenomena (psychic) information. Intelligence sources fail to respond concerning psychic data suggesting the use of shipments of sheets of glass to conceal bomb-making materials, to be shipped from Hawaii to Los Angeles.

On or about SEPTEMBER 5, 2009: One psychic source reports a waking vision of a deep, black, billowing cloud over an urban landscape. One word is clearly heard during the image: HUDSON. STARstream Research begins an investigation into possible terror activity by open-source monitoring of news and information services, and consults with other sources about the concern. Based upon other sources, it is concluded that a new terror threat is active and probably targeting New York City.

SEPTEMBER 8, 2009: Concerns from one source about a possible threat to President Obama's address to Congress on health care reform, scheduled for following day, leads to psychic tasking against any potential threat. Ruling out any viable terrorist activity as NULL, the psychic data adds that someone named WILSON would have NEGATIVE IMPACT during the event.

SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 (09-09-09): During President Obama's address, Congressman Joe Wilson shocks the assembly when he shouts "You lie!" at President Obama.

SEPTEMBER 10, 2009: The possible prediction of Joe Wilson's outburst results in a decision to initiate a special file on the psychic terror threat scenario; it is assumed the plot is already in play and is timed to occur on or near the anniversary of 9/11. The chilling al Qaida plot to bomb the New York City subway system, involving Najibullah Zazi and other co-conspirators has not yet been revealed. Later, mainstream media sources would report that the attack was to take place on or near September 14, 2009, only days following the psychic spy alert. Preliminary data provided by one of the psychic sources notes a travel route that passes through Kansas City. It is later revealed that Zazi had tested bomb-making materials in the Denver area prior to making a cross-country trip by car to New York City.

Zazi's plans for the attack are put on hold after his car is stopped by police as it entered New York.

SEPTEMBER 19, 2009: A psychic source provides information about a "German threat" and new, advanced, timer controlled bombs, related to the New York City terror threat, that would be listed in a "cargo hold" bay; the information is later understood to refer to the use of a computer or device involving a mixture of an explosive and a chemical. Another reference to "united" and "air" is initially thought to refer to United Airlines; later it is reinterpreted to refer to United Parcel Service or possibly the destination: the United States of America. Following the cargo bomb plot, the psychic data warns of a possible bio-weapon threat. The notes refer to "October (Red)" suggesting they refer to a future event.

Zazi and his father are arrested in Colorado, after several days of questioning by federal agents.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2009: A new STARstream Research psychic spy tasking recreates an attack against New York City, including descriptions of news casts during an intense multiple bomb assault against the subway system. The data describes a series of three blasts. "Train?" appears in the notes.

"Smoke, thick, oily vapor, chocking, release [in] subway, collapse, imploding...[sounds of] braking noise, twisting metal, alarms, clanging bells, sirens..."

SEPTEMBER 22, 2009: Preliminary analysis of the New York City psychic attack scenario concludes:

"[The psychic spy notes] likely refer to at least three subway attacks. Concern: one in a tunnel [or on a] bridge may burst [a pipe] causing a water leak."

SEPTEMBER 23, 2009: New psychic data suggests the immediate terror threat to New York City is no long a concern.

SEPTEMBER 28, 2009: A long range psychic tasking reveals the next major threat 'window of opportunity' against the US will be in November and December, adding that a tougher than average winter was ahead.

OCTOBER 2, 2009: "October Red" "terror threat" is first associated with an international, organized effort and Usama bin Ladin.

OCTOBER 7, 2009: Psychic data suggests a threat to an airport, involving "fluid: liquid-filled explosive" and pressure being exerted against a "young man, dark skin, hair, striped green shirt," who is associated with Pakistan and Afghanistan. The event associated with this person involves " pop (sound) fizz, small"; it is later thought this referred to the failure of the Abdulmutallab 'underwear bomb' ('under-ware' device) that failed to detonate on Christmas Day, 2009.

OCTOBER 13, 2009: New psychic data refers to a "strike" against a "clock tower" and "strike by airplane" -- this threat said to last until March, 2010. A reference to the Pope John Paul is later matched to late January 2010 reports that Pope John Paul self-flagellated. Around this same date, media sources report that Indian intelligence warned the British intelligence services of a plot to "hijack an Indian passenger jet and crash it into a British city."

The same psychic session also refers to terror threats during a major disruption by striking workers, just prior to an American election. Protestors disrupted the French economy shortly after al Qaida plots against Paris were revealed by the mainstream media, shortly before the American mid-term elections.

The psychic data appears jumbled; there are references to a gas main leak explosion but no other data to connect to the September 2010 massive gas explosion in San Bruno, near San Francisco. Following the reference to the gas line explosion, the data describes a "bomb: homemade improvised explosive, coffee can, trigger by radio (remotely)."

OCTOBER 14, 2009: Psychically enhanced analysis of a video threat made by Bekkay Harrach in Germany suggests the video contains a coded message to commence attacks against the United States, by al Qaida operatives, "pilgrims" based in Yemen (south of the "kingdom"), using "mail bombs" -- targets to include "well dressed men in suits, business leaders, enterprise, wealth, [and] economy."

"Lightning Strike" appears in the psychic threat stream, and reoccurs several times in future data.

OCTOBER 27, 2009: Again, "pilgrim" appears in the data stream, presumably a reference to operatives in Yemen, and "will begin final countdown [to terror threat] Sept./Oct. 2010" -- "critical" "time remaining" and "windows of opportunity" followed by "carry on, bring luggage [to] Washington D.C. [where] critical events occur."

NOVEMBER 5, 2009: In the early morning hours, a psychic source sends a text message warning of an impending and highly disturbing event -- the message is retrieved shortly after dawn. STARstream Research debates whether or not to raise the STAR Threat Level based upon the message. At approximately 1:34 PM CST, Nidal Malik Hasan goes on a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, in Texas, resulting in 43 casualties and 13 deaths. Psychic sources suggest this attack would be the first in a series of new paramilitary style assaults against Western targets. The Fort Hood shootings will eventually be linked to al Qaida and Anwar al-Awlaki.

STARstream Research founder Gary S. Bekkum appears on Coast to Coast AM, hosted by George Noory, to discuss US government involvement in paranormal topics. Prior to the broadcast, Coast Producer Lisa Lyon calls to discuss the events of the day. Mr. Bekkum declines an offer from Ms. Lyon to discuss the Fort Hood incident, citing sources and methods.

NOVEMBER 24, 2009: TARGET AIR/CIVILIAN TRANSPORT HOLIDAY AIR TRAVEL data suggests air security is under "examination" as operatives are presumably looking for methods to pass explosive materials through "machine tests."

DECEMBER 4 & 6, 2009: Psychic spy-source Chris Robinson in the United Kingdom warns about bomb threats to trains. Other sources suggest the use of improvised explosive devices along rail tracks, and concerns about Amtrak. The report warned of "new tactics" focused on "hit and run" --  a follow on report notes "chatter" is behind official concerns which are "withheld" from the public. An attack is predicted following "2 days of blinding weather (snowstorm)" and overseas command would launch a predawn air attack from the sea against a target where bomb making was suspected. Response to this attack would result in a new threat to Chicago's "towers" -- "massive buildings" -- following internal communication of tragic news in Washington, D.C.

DECEMBER 19, 2009: CBS News (and other sources) reports, "U.S. warplanes made airstrikes yesterday on suspected al Qaeda positions in Yemen...Witnesses, however, put the number killed at over 60 and said the dead were mostly civilians, including women and children, The New York Times reported in its online editions late Friday."

DECEMBER 25, 2009:  Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab fails to destroy Northwest Airlines/ Delta Flight 253 as it approaches Detroit. Abdulmutallab is wearing an explosive device in his underwear (a so-called under-ware device packed with the explosive PETN, detonated by a liquid acid detonator).

DECEMBER 26, 2009: Preliminary psychically enhanced analysis points to a connection between Abdulmutallab and a "foreign power"; the psychic information suggests Abdulmutallab is grilled by the FBI concerning chemical and biological weapons.

A follow on analysis suggests primary targets like New York City and Washington D.C. would be redirected to secondary locations including Chicago, Detroit, and Los Angeles. The psychic data added that letters had been exchanged with the al Qaida leadership, and approval to launch a new series of attacks was pending.

DECEMBER 30, 2009: President Obama issues an executive order: "Medical Countermeasures following a biological attack."

FEBRUARY 3, 2010: STARpod.org publishes original version of "Top Ten Psychic Terror Scenarios" on-line; hints at OCTOBER RED files.

FEBRUARY 22, 2010: CBS News reports, "A former airport shuttle driver accused of buying beauty supplies to make bombs for an attack on New York City subways pleaded guilty Monday, admitting he agreed to conduct an al Qaeda-led "martyrdom plan" because of U.S. involvement in his native Afghanistan." confirming the psychic subway attack scenario from September 2009.

APRIL 14, 2010 Former senior NSA official Thomas A. Drake is indicted under the Espionage Act for whistle-blowing on NSA mismanagement, forcing his resignation from NSA. Chris Robinson sees the news about Drake, and learns that the man he had worked with on paranormal projects for seven years, from 2001-2008, worked for the U.S. National Security Agency.

APRIL 20, 2010: Psychic sources suggest new plots will be in play soon: predictions include possible targets of interest to be in London, Paris, and Long Island. A future threat to the Eiffel Tower is identified, noting "Approach via waterway, possibly involving a ferry boat."

AUGUST 26, 2010: STARpod.org releases an article through American Chronicle titled "Dream Psychic Who Predicted 9/11 Says More Attacks Soon," following UK psychic Chris Robinson's warning on Twitter that a new series of terror plots are about to commence.

SEPTEMBER 29, 2010: "Psychic spy intelligence confirmed by new terror threat reports" reveals psychic intelligence effort to the public.

OCTOBER 18, 2010: Mainstream media sources reveal France has been warned of a "real" terror threat by Saudi intelligence sources.

OCTOBER 29, 2010: News sources report security officials, based in Britain and Dubai, have intercepted parcel bombs sent from Yemen to Chicago. It is later revealed that the bombs were hidden in computer printers, and contained PETN explosive and a liquid acid detonator, similar to the September 2009 psychic prediction. 

NOVEMBER 4, 2010: UK news sources report that 'parcel bomb plotters' are operating in Britain. Other sources report that one of the cargo bombs was only 17 minutes away from exploding.

This timeline will be updated with new information as it is released.
