High Strangeness, or Strange Goings on in High Places?

Recently there has been some discussion of the non-technological phenomenological solution.

Starstream Research launched the "Invasion: Earth?" series to examine the question of intelligent interference in human affairs. In the next phase of the series we will examine the possibility that a 'viral' information 'infection' has been largely responsible for reports of strange phenomena by otherwise intelligent, and credible observers. In recent years, and largely due to the Freedom of Information Act, we have learned of extensive government interest in the application of phenomenology, primarily as an addition to the espionage tool-kit. When we discovered that weirdness had taken center stage at the highest levels of our government, we were left wondering if this business was about high strangeness, or strange goings on in high places.

Our source close to the center of strangeness in Washington, D.C. tells us that phenomenology is elusive and ephemeral. You cannot use technology to track the weirdness, you can only track the personalities that interact with the phenomena. It appears that for certain special individuals, a 'Star Gate' briefly opens the doorway to another realm of existence, then quickly closes to prevent investigators from gaining access.

I have been reviewing the history of ten years of efforts to reproduce the alleged behavior of unconventional and 'unidentified flying objects' by the military industrial complex in the western world. There are a few examples offering sufficient intrigue worthy of investigation. Among the notable attempts are so-called antigravity devices, coming from research conducted by Podkletnov and Ning Li, as well as other alternative efforts such as Dr. Jim Corum's rectification force. Curiously these three individuals appear to have withdrawn into relative obscurity. Other efforts are known to us, but remain in our archives for future exploration.

Perhaps the technological solution remains too near to merely human ideals. Although experts like Oxford's David Deutsch have produced compelling arguments supporting the intimate relationship between the nature of reality and advancing technology, many phenomenologists are quick to point to the psycho-physical factors of the human mind. The problem comes into focus when one considers the simulation solution: Intelligent beings may operate from a different layer of existence, with the power to alter the laws of the physics to suit their purpose.

Does this mean that UFO's are merely glitches in the underlying operating system of reality? Or are they 'windows' opening up into our world under the auspices of the true players of the game? The 'supernatural' implications, if taken literally, are staggering for the intelligence community.

This new vision of the phenomena, the government, and the destiny of the world forms a synthesis beyond the ordinary view of consensus reality.

"Follow the money" translates into follow the 'memes' -- follow the patterns of interaction amongst the human players and their "phenomenological handlers."

As a dark and sinister force moves across the world to secure an ending to their liking, we wonder why it often appears born of human intent. Is there room for the human mind to be completely replaced by the alien intelligentsia required by the simulation hypothesis?

Our man in Washington is fond of telling us that the phenomenology merely serves to demonstrate the failure of our technological and scientific endeavor to rule the world. One need only take the temperature of the times to realize the consequences of our failure of nerve to take a leap of faith into the phenomenological solution.
