Dangerous Extraterrestrial Alien Avatar Threat Exposed?

Ingo Swann wrote a SECRET Psychic Threat Assessment for the U.S. government. What are we to make of his tale of a beautiful extraterrestrial alien avatar shopping in Los Angeles?

(STARpod.org) -- "She was dressed in the briefest of halters of pink with big yellow polka dots. Beneath that were short-shorts so short they barely existed. Far beneath that she wore a pair of platform high-heels about eight inches high. She had volumes of gorgeous black hair, and her eyes were covered by purple sunglasses. She was absolutely awesome."

And she was an Extraterrestrial Alien Avatar: an extraterrestrial being in human form.

So writes Ingo Swann in his 1998 self-published and long out-of-print book Penetration: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy.

Why should anyone in their right mind accept anything this outlandish with even an ounce of seriousness?

Because the author of this bizarre tale of aliens on the moon, psychic spying against extraterrestrial invaders, and too close encounters of the strange kind, was officially responsible for evaluating the threat "telepathy" posed against U.S. government interests.

We know for certain the government was worried about Soviet telepaths.

Swann's encounters, retold in my article "To the Moon and Back, With Love" [available at the STARpod.org website] took place a few years before his name appeared on "Advanced Threat Technique Assessment," a SECRET classified document prepared by SRI International and marked as "National Security Information."

Yes, it's just another chapter in the strange history of America's psychic warriors -- perhaps the strangest chapter in the cold war saga of paranormal cold war competition with the former Soviet Union -- making "The Men Who Stare at Goats" seem positively sane by comparison.

To quote the report:

"The purpose of this program was to provide a basis for assessing psychoenergetic processes as an advanced threat technology that could be development by the USSR. Psychoenergetic processes include:

(1) The acquisition and description, by mental means, of information blocked from ordinary perception by distance or shielding and generally believed to be secure against such access.

(2) The production of physical effects such as the perturbation of equipment or instrumentation that appears to be well shielded against, or otherwise inaccessible to, human influence."

It would seem, if we are willing to accept Mr. Swann at face value, the Soviets were not the only psychoenergetic threat.

From the documentation of that era, we know there was a STIC Science and Technical Intelligence Committee looking at the problem, as well as something called "The Enigma Panel."

One might suspect the American "extraterrestrial division" remains at a much deeper level, if it exists.

[UFO legend says that President Truman initiated a super-clandestine advisory committee called MAJESTIC, which is associated with the Joint Chiefs of Staff and MJ-12.]

With proper documentation like this report, officially released and marked as such by the CIA, one doesn't need to appeal to alleged forgeries like the MJ12 documents.

Clearly "mental superpowers" were taken seriously.

But what about the alleged alien presence?

Swann was led to believe in his Alien Avatar experience by a mysterious "Mr. Axelrod" -- and the fact that Axelrod's men happened to show up at the Hollywood supermarket along with the extraterrestrial.

One might reasonably assume that Axelrod was pulling Swann's leg, or even covering for the fact that Swann had spotted his men.

Swann was on his way to becoming a national defense asset.

Swann, who was initially taken with the ravishing woman behind the shades, experienced a sudden "electrifying wave" pass through him -- a warning notice of the physical sort, quickly reinforced by the presence of Axelrod's undercover operatives.

To add to the mystery, Axelrod would later warn Swann:

"I feel obliged to tell you she is very dangerous. If you ever see her again, especially if she approaches you, make every effort to put distance between you and her."

Eventually Axelrod arranged to put Swann face to face and under laser fire from an unidentified flying object.

Can we believe this strange tales? It all comes down to interpretation. But one thing is clear: intelligence operatives are on the record concerning the use of UFOs and paranormal activities for intelligence operations.

Knowing the Future
THE UFO SPY GAMES

CIA, 9/11, UFOs, and the Extraterrestrial Presence

The real-life business of the government's X-files remains hidden in plain sight. The government claims "we can neither confirm nor deny" that documents exist showing extraterrestrial objects have been tracked as they enter the Earth's air space. Meanwhile a handful of very high ranking intelligence officials play out spy games on the Internet about reverse engineering alien technology and a former CIA Deputy Director for Intelligence is implicated in the sordid affair.

The core of this story involves high level government intelligence persons and SERPO, a "soap opera" about US government contact with an extraterrestrial alien intelligence.

This is a record of SPY GAMES -- PLAYED INSIDE THE UFO MYSTERY, AND ON THE INTERNET -- as it happened.

From the world of psychic spies, paranormal goat killers, and Skinwalkers haunting remote regions of Utah, something wicked and wacky this way comes. Drawn from the files of the private intelligence source STARstream Research: A real-life tall-tale of espionage. At the core, a confrontation at CIA HQ between a former CIA official and officers of the United States Air Force. Twenty years later, the game continues where disturbing worlds collide. The heart of the matter: a US Government UFO Working Group, dark secrets kept in the shadows under the guise of counter-intelligence operations of the United States Air Force, and decades-old rumors of extraterrestrial contact with "something not of this world." The Official's concern: hidden within tales of "Real Life X-Files" a potentially dangerous viral marketing scheme, possibly intended to elicit real classified information from past and present intelligence officers.

Stranger still, government files prove that the US government spent decades exploring the paranormal psychic spying, in an effort to "know the future" and beat the Russians, in a race to obtain technologies from beyond our world.

This book is a collection of articles and materials originally published on-line by STARstream Research, PR Web, and The American Chronicle, and at the "Spies, Lies, and Polygraph Tape" blog. This is the first time they have been made available in print. Included in this volume is the popular article "To the Moon and Back, With Love," the story of CIA psychic Ingo Swann's extraterrestrial encounters.

Also included in this volume: The sixteen part mini-book "Knowing the Future: CIA, 9/11, UFOs, and the Extraterrestrial Presence," about the race to obtain "alien" technologies.
