Guilt by Association: UFO SOAP OPERA Guide to the Cast of Characters
Since the UFO SOAP OPERA ultimately includes

(STARpod.org) -- Lately I have realized that the time has
come to create a "character guide" to for the UFO SOAP OPERA.
Since the UFO SOAP OPERA ultimately includes every human being ever born on this
planet, any guide to the soap must necessarily be an abridged version.
It is also true that the majority of characters in this tale of otherworldly
interests are guilty simply by association.
That said, it is also true that the largest association by far, apart from the
otherworld fraternity, is the United States Government.
And among the set of characters currently employed by the USG, are those
associated by a certain three-letter fraternity known as the Central
Intelligence Agency.
There is no question at this point that, in addition to the
mind-numbing antics behind CIA's Technical Services Division MKULTRA programs,
the late Director of Central Intelligence Richard Helms was also involved in
exploring use of the paranormal for intelligence operations. Note the last line:
OPERATIONS, not intelligence collection. And do keep in mind this is the same
group who brain-stormed the idea of exploding cigars to kill Fidel Castro.
Since we are left holding the slimmest allegations of Helms'
involvement in CIA's paranormal activity, whom should we turn to today?
One man in particular is a legend in the minds of UFO-weenies:
Dr. Ronald (Ron)
S. Pandolfi, a person who also revealed the existence of a USG UFO Working
Group (yes, we have the audio, and
contrary to Dr. Pandolfi's assertions, we seriously doubt it was doctored --
that is, the tape remains innocent of charges until proven guilty, so all of you
NSA-enthusiasts are free to make a case one way or the other).
Since the original version of this article was published in 2007, following the
twenty-five year automatic declassification rule, Colonel
John B. Alexander has come forward to confirm that TOP SECRET meetings on UFOs
did take place. See Alexander's book "UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies, and Realities"
for more information.
Ron may not really be chasing down ghostly otherworldly hardware, but surely by
now he must be aware that we are driven by software and information in what his
civilian associate Dan T. Smith calls the salvation economy? Given a personal
penchant to annoy the powers that be, I sometimes muse that we have become too
visible as nodes in the cosmic network command and control center.
There have been some informal discussions of 'telepathy' with known associates
of Dr. Pandolfi (mind-to-mind here means direct mind-to-mind communication of
meaning, aka as telepathy).
One USAF-contracted physicist, an associate of Dr. Pandolfi's mentor at CIA, Dr.
Eric Davis, has discussed the issue of 'telepathic messages' received by a
physicist at the Robert Bigelow NIDS test area known as the Skinwalker Ranch, in
Utah. Pandolfi's mentor from CIA concurs with the assessment:
"I take the existence of telepathy to be proven."
Did I mention that Dr. Pandolfi's mentor was on the Science Board of NIDs? I
might have forgotten, but Dr. Eric Davis did not, when asked about DIA interests
in Skinwalker phenomena by George Knapp, on the Coast to Coast AM radio talk
show, on April 1st, 2006.
Yes, we are of course referring to
Dr. Christopher
Kit Green, one time CIA Life Sciences Division (OSI/LSD)
representative at the Stanford Research Institute paranormal activity
investigation into the utility of creating psychic spies. This did, eventually,
result in operational remote viewers who were officially tasked to collect
intelligence for U.S. government agencies and services. For more about Dr.
Green's role in the UFO SOAP OPERA (perhaps the letters should be rearranged to
SERPO?) see Mark Pilkington's book "Mirage Men."
I imagine that most professionals would dismiss such claims as delusional.
I also imagine that delusions are often useful items found in the
counter-intelligence tool kit.
On the other hand they might be the 'innocent' result of hypnotic suggestion
related to the strangeness of the social circumstances surrounding the
activities at Skinwalker Ranch.
Of course I have 80,000 plus pages of STAR GATE files released by the CIA that
suggest more to this subject than mere delusion.
I have been very interested in Pandolif's CIA mentor Dr. Green, and his
professional opinion of Eric Davis' report, as well as any official interest the
DIA might have in documented Los Alamos research into the physical nature of
mind-to-mind communication.
I am also curious about subconscious 'telepathic' channels, or a layer of shared
information that might influence human behavior in an indirectly observable
manner. Such a layer would be of real interest since it would presumably affect
the upcoming Presidential Election.
The power of self-reproducing unconscious influences is a national security
concern. Recent events in the Mideast, most notably the
downfall of Gaddafi in Libya, are prime examples of hidden powers of the human
mind interfaced with potentially disruptive technology.
As for how much influence 'telepathic messages from beyond'
are having on current events, perhaps that is best left to the active
imagination of the reader.
If I might momentarily digress from this brief foray into the metaphysical, I
have in my hands a CIA declassified document "SECRET Statement of Work for
Biophysical Research and Analysis" from 1991.
This work was focused on biophysical research and analysis of neuro-magnetic
phenomena, to identify correlations of brain neuro-magnetic responses to a
variety of independent conditions or parameters, i.e. a measurable telepathic
connection.
In this document, justification is made for direct MIPR action from DIA to LANL
(Los Alamos) based upon a 1985-89 LANL study sponsored by the Army's Surgeon
General Research and Development office. In the previous study it is reported
that the LANL Biophysics group investigations yielded POSITIVE results. This new
effort was part of DIA's over-all Phenomenological Research Program (STAR GATE
is not directly mentioned).
Dr. Charles Wood is noted as the Biophysical Group's director.
"Sole source procurement from LANL is the proper action for accomplishing this
sensitive task."
The contract is scheduled to be signed by John T. Berbrich, Assistant Deputy
Director for Science and Technical Intelligence.
The budget of $250,000 comes from FY91 DIA line item 1.004 for Congressional
Directed Action.
The positive results of the mentioned research would be an example of what I
have meant by registration of the telepathic information.
Back to the cast of characters:
According to the Defense Intelligence Journal, Dr. Ruth David and her Deputy,
Joanne Isham, "were the first Senior Central Intelligence Agency Officials to
understand that the information revolution required the CIA to forge new
partnerships with the private sector and design a proposal for radical change.
The timing of the proposal was fortuitous. The Director of Central Intelligence
(DCI), George J. Tenet, had just launched his Strategic Direction initiative
that included technology investments and improving its information gathering and
analysis capabilities."
"David emphasizes that the intelligence community must focus on leveraging
commercial technology development and integrating it into the intelligence
system, rather than on internal technology development."
According to Wikipedia:
"The Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Science and Technology is the
branch of the CIA charged with developing and applying technology to advance the
United States intelligence gathering."
And:
"In September 1995, Ruth David replaced James Hirsch as Deputy Director for
Science and Technology, and established three new offices: the Clandestine
Information Technology Office, the Office of Advanced Analytical Tools, and the
Office of Advanced Projects. The Office of Research and Development was
simultaneously abolished."
Thus Dr. Ruth David is as guilty by association as the rest of us, since:
According to CIA Director George J. Tenet, Dr. David "served on loan [from
Sandia] under the Intergovernmental Personnel Act as CIA's DDS&T since September
1995."
Which, 'by coincidence' is the same time period that "CIA analyst Ronald
Pandolfi was the highest ranking scientist at the Agency when he visited the
headquarters of Hughes Space and Communications in El Segundo California in
1996. Pandolfi was part of a team of CIA analysts tasked to do research for a
new National Intelligence Estimate on PRC's military Science and Technology - a
much more exciting topic than its title might suggest. To complete his research,
Pandolfi had been instructed to vista a number of U.S. defense and high-tech
companies trading with Communist China, to glean any insights they might have on
his subject."
As for Dr. Ron Pandolfi's on-going interests, with darker
implications for the mind-to-mind interests mentioned previously?
Pandolfi writes:
"You were correct that my interest is not specifically in [former USAF OSI
intelligence agent] Doty. My interest in temporarily removing Doty from the plot
is to test whether another actor will fill the role. Dan [Smith] had commented
several months back that the story might have created Doty rather than the other
way around. Indeed your viral hypothesis may benefit from some refinement.
Individuals that are infected do not simply become part of a larger sickness
pool, but rather they fill specific and unique niches. But how unique are these
roles and what determines their specifics? With Doty temporarily removed, will
someone fill in as simply another of the mythical and indistinguishable Dotys?
Or will that someone fill in with unique characteristics clearly distinguishable
from Doty? Will that someone move the story forward to the next chapter? Yes,
this is a question that may be of more than academic interest."
Never a man known for understating his interpretation of the situation,
Pandolfi's associate, Mr. Dan Smith, wrote to me:
"Think of this as your initiation into the aquarium. Ron endure a six month,
$100k investigation to the same effect. This is not for the feint of heart."
I'll be exploring more connections in this odd network in the future. This
user's guide to the cast of characters is an eternal work in progress ...
The real-life business of the government's X-files remains hidden in
plain sight. The government claims "we can neither confirm nor deny"
that documents exist showing extraterrestrial objects have been
tracked as they enter the Earth's air space. Meanwhile a handful of
very high ranking intelligence officials play out spy games on the
Internet about reverse engineering alien technology and a former CIA
Deputy Director for Intelligence is implicated in the sordid affair.
The core of this story involves high level government intelligence
persons and SERPO, a "soap opera" about US government contact with
an extraterrestrial alien intelligence.

Secrets of the CORE STORY of
Extraterrestrial Alien Contact
His name is Ingo Swann. In the 1970s, he was one of America's secret
weapons brought to bear against the Soviet Union: a psychic spy,
personally tested by the CIA. In the 1980s, Swann held a TOP SECRET
clearance, and was instrumental in training Army and Defense
Intelligence Agency personnel. Swann's psychic methods were a key
component in the mind-war arsenal of the USAF, the Army, the Navy,
the Defense Intelligence Agency, and many others, hidden deep inside
compartments of the government.
A few years later Swann wrote one of the most bizarre accounts in
the history of the paranormal was effort, now documented by CIA
sanctioned release of the once super-secret programs known as STAR
GATE. According to Swann, a super-secret group led by a mysterious
"Mr. Axelrod" (his real name remains a closely held secret) put him
mind-to-mind and face-to-face against an extraterrestrial avatar in
human form.
The story of extraterrestrial human-mind to alien-mind telepathy,
dangerous personal encounters, and a near-death experience of coming
under laser fire from an extraterrestrial vehicle somewhere in the
northern wilderness of Alaska, sounds like pages torn from a science
fiction novel.
From the world of psychic spies, paranormal goat killers, and Skinwalkers
haunting remote regions of Utah, something wicked and wacky this way comes.
Drawn from the files of the private intelligence source STARstream Research:
A real-life tall-tale of espionage. At the core, a confrontation at CIA HQ
between a former CIA official and officers of the United States Air Force.
Twenty years later, the game continues where disturbing worlds collide. The
heart of the matter: a US Government UFO Working Group, dark secrets kept in
the shadows under the guise of counter-intelligence operations of the United
States Air Force, and decades-old rumors of extraterrestrial contact with
"something not of this world." The Official's concern: hidden within tales
of "Real Life X-Files" a potentially dangerous viral marketing scheme,
possibly intended to elicit real classified information from past and
present intelligence officers.
Stranger still, government files prove that the US government spent
decades exploring the paranormal psychic spying, in an effort to "know the
future" and beat the Russians, in a race to obtain technologies from beyond
our world.
This book is a collection of articles and materials originally published
on-line by STARstream Research, PR Web, and The American Chronicle, and at
the "Spies, Lies, and Polygraph Tape" blog. This is the first time they have
been made available in print. Included in this volume is the popular article
"To the Moon and Back, With Love," the story of CIA psychic Ingo Swann's
extraterrestrial encounters.
Also included in this volume: The sixteen part mini-book "Knowing the
Future: CIA, 9/11, UFOs, and the Extraterrestrial Presence," about the race
to obtain "alien" technologies.
