The FALCON and the UFO CORE STORY

In 2005, a reliable source covertly forwarded a message to STARstream Research. The note read like a piece from an espionage thriller. At issue: Disclosure of the CORE STORY, insider tales of the Earthly presence of an extraterrestrial intelligence.

(STARpod.org) -- In 2005, a reliable source covertly forwarded a message to STARstream Research. The note read like a piece from an espionage thriller. At issue: Disclosure of the CORE STORY, insider tales of the Earthly presence of an extraterrestrial intelligence.

"I will think about this seriously, as long as our three-person team remains protected. I will cut and run the first instant I get a whiff that some list or ... whomever -- gets interested in me," wrote the unwitting source, "I fully agree with Ron's mystification about [former Director of Central Intelligence, Richard] Helms. Why he contacted me, wanted to meet with me privately at the National Research Council, and was so unambiguous confuses me. I did not get the impression he did so because he was using me, indeed, he was insistent on privacy. Shortly before he died, he wrote me and one other person, saying he had learned that despite his counsel to us, he had "heard" -- incorrectly, it turned out -- that we had agreed Rick Doty had been a 'bad person' and he said he would never talk to us again, and he did not. A letter, then another, and another from me to him saying he had heard a distorted and wrong story went unanswered."

And then in the message, a clue to the possible reality of the extraterrestrial alien CORE STORY:

"I am not prepared to repeat what he said to me before that, because I am uncertain as to his mental state -- he seemed intact, but the subject was, after all quite crazy -- he required secrecy, and he never said I would be released from it -- the CORE STORY he claimed was true is the same we have heard -- and because I am too busy, like you, I will take my counsel from Ron. I want no more involvement in the SOAP OPERA."

In less than six months, the UFO-inspired SOAP OPERA would once again rear its ugly head as the viral Internet human-alien exchange drama known as SERPO. At the core of the SERPO saga was Rick Doty, alleged former counterintelligence agent with the United States Air Force.

In 1988, FOX TV helped launch a national disclosure initiative during a TV special called "UFO Cover-Up Live." During the UFO TV special, a source who was reported to be a U.S. government intelligence official, claimed that the government had struck a deal with an extraterrestrial presence visiting the Earth, as part of  a human-alien exchange program.

Behind the scenes: a group of intelligence officials interacting with civilian UFO researchers, known as the AVIARY. Members of the AVIARY were assigned bird names for identification. Two AVIARY members appeared during the broadcast: one was identified as FALCON.

During the TV special, FALCON disclosed the existence of a super-secret government group, known as MJ-12, who were tasked with the extraterrestrial issue.

"MJ-12 functions as a policy making group relating to extraterrestrial activities and contacts -- and UFO activities -- within the United States," explained FALCON, who was hidden in shadows and had his voice altered electronically for the broadcast. "They make the policy, obtain presidential approval -- and then, field activities, implement the policies."

FALCON then explained the origin of the group.

"MJ-12 was a group of people within the government -- MJ-12 was created by President Truman, in the early fifties -- and their job was to investigate, keep track of information pertaining to UFOs. Part of their job was scientific advancements, but, ah, they -- their primary purpose was to keep track of the information coming in on UFOs, and to analyze the information -- both scientifically -- and in a way that would advance our technology. There are government officials -- and elected officials -- that are grammatically briefed on the existence of the MJ-12 activities -- these officials include the President, the Vice President, as elected officials -- the Director of Central Intelligence and the Director of the National Security Agency -- the MJ-12 policy is headquartered in the Naval Observatory in Washington D.C. -- the United States Navy has the primary operational responsibilities of field activities relating to the MJ-12 policies. All information gathered in the field -- not necessarily by Navy personnel -- is transmitted to the Navy for analysis."

During the broadcast, a chart was briefly displayed that illustrated the chain of command under the alleged MJ-12 group. Based upon the chart, authority over MJ-12 comes directly from the President of the United States. The group is shown to be on an equivalent level with the White House National Security Council. MJ-12 intelligence is then disseminated to the CIA, the NSA, and another alleged entity called AQUARIUS, over the Defense Intelligence Agency. The chart then discloses a real SECRET (in 1988) DIA Parapsychology Research Unit -- later revealed in the declassified STAR GATE files -- as well as the existence of AREA 51/Dreamland. Information is also disseminated to DARPA -- the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and "DC5" of the Defense Information Systems Agency.

At the bottom of the organization are the Army, the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the AFIS, the Air Force Intelligence Service.

One of our sources, Mr. Dan T. Smith -- the son of the late presidential advisor to President Eisenhower -- would later hear of contentious events that had immediately followed FALCON's 1988 AVIAN extraterrestrial alien disclosure. Two USAF Colonels were summoned to an office at CIA in Langley, where they met with a CIA official -- a friend of Smith's -- and his mentor, Dr. Kit Green, a former CIA official who had played a role in the AVIARY. The CIA counterintelligence director was also allegedly present at the 1988 meeting.

Smith's source, his friend Ron Pandolfi from the CIA, was using Smith to pass information into the UFO community. Together, Smith and Pandolfi, and a handful of informally recruited associates, were known as the AQUARIUM. Reflecting the AVIARY use of bird names for identification, members of the AQUARIUM were assigned fish names for identification. Pandolfi was called CATFISH, and Smith was known as SUNFISH (or SONFISH). According to Smith, lunch meetings often included other CIA associates of Pandolfi.

Nearly twenty years later, it appeared that the UFO disclosure community was being driven on two sides in a tit for tat UFO Spy Game that had, by the first decade of the twenty-first century, built a nest and a fish tank on the Internet.

The catalyst appeared to be the SERPO UFO SOAP OPERA.

Pandolfi asked Dan Smith to spread a rumor that the mysterious FALCON was USAF Colonel Barry Hennessey, who had been previously identified with UFO-related requests made by Lee Graham.

Bob Collins, author of the extraterrestrial alien disclosure book "Exempt from Disclosure" and a member of the AVIARY, responded to allegations from Pandolfi and Smith that USAF Colonel Barry Hennessey was the famed FALCON of the UFO AVIARY.

"Colonel Hennessey was head of the AFOSI/PJ office in the Pentagon. Colonel Weaver was one step down. Hennessey was Doty's boss under the PJ office which we call the Pajama Gang. PJ was the counterintelligence office for AFOSI."

Smith continued, explaining what he had learned from Ron Pandolfi about Rick Doty's role in the UFO spy games played out in the 1980s:

"Colonels Hennessey and Weaver were called over to the CIA after the 1988 TV show to discuss Doty's situation. They denied any continuing connection with Doty, claiming he was nothing more than a petty criminal. The alleged proof of that was that Doty had failed a polygraph test relative to his case. Kit Green [a retired senior CIA analyst and division head] had the polygraph charts ... the conclusion was that Doty had not lied. When confronted with the evidence, Hennessey and Weaver walked out of the meeting ... now that Ron has raised the issue of espionage in connection with the Doty case, Hennessey would have even more reason to find out who the FALCON is, especially since he is now head of security for the Air Force's special access programs."

STARstream Research confirmed it had been Ron Pandolfi who blessed Mr. Smith's efforts to 'out' Barry Hennessey in a public forum, as early as June 2006. According to Smith, Pandolfi had been searching for traces of Blue Book, Hennessey and Doty during a visit to Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

"Ron has learned that [Colonel] Barry [Hennessey] was involved with Blue Book, even though he had previously denied it. As I mentioned previously, a person working with Hennessey on Blue Book is now working with Ron at MASINT. Ron is now stating that some of the faked MJ-12 documents [MJ-12 documents include an alleged briefing about crashed flying saucers and an extraterrestrial presence written for President Elect Dwight D. Eisenhower] contained actually classified information unrelated to UFO's ... Ron wondered out loud if Rick Doty would respond to an FBI warrant concerning the transfer of classified material to the KGB."

Mr. Smith also raised the 'problem' of mysterious phone calls, often with barely intelligible metallic sounding voices, buzzes and clicks adding an air of mystery to potentially anomalous contacts. We later reviewed tapes made by one source of similar phone calls provided by Bob Collins, but we were less than impressed. Strange yes, but hardly inexplicable.

By the Summer of 2006, Pandolfi's curiosity about the AVIARY was winding down, or he had already uncovered the information he needed. On June 23, 2006, Mr. Smith wrote to us, "I know of no plan for the FBI to serve any warrants, or otherwise investigate this matter at this point ... the identity of  FALCON remains open ... "

The question that had been left hanging from that 1988 meeting with USAF Colonels Hennessey and Weaver at CIA was summed up by Smith:

"There is no doubt that Hennessey knew more about UFOs and Doty than he let on to the CIA in 1988 ... That he would not share that concern with the CIA, indicates that he was being seriously co-opted in some fashion."

And then, in the Fall of 2006, the issue came roaring back to life when Pandolfi questioned whether or not Rick Doty had been acting as an agent of a foreign power.

Pandolfi became concerned when Doty had allegedly passed on information about two DIA sources involved in the UFO tales.

Pandolfi, then working under the Director of National Intelligence, wrote to his associate Dr. Kit Green, one of Doty's friends and contacts, "I am nearly certain that Rick fabricated this entire story, and that he is [UFO sources] Mr. Anonymous, Ms. Loscowski, and the two DIA sources/visitors. If so, Rick may just be having a good time, and we need not be concerned for national security."

This had been the general assumption shared by the more sane followers of the UFO SOAP OPERA SERPO.

 "If not, there may actually be a network of foreign agents penetrating some of our most sensitive facilities under the false flag of a DIA operation. Therefore please be very clear in describing the form of communications you had with [SERPO source] Ms. [Ms. or Master Sergeant] Loscowski (e.g. phone, e-mail, etc.); how you acquired the additional background concerning the DIA sources visitors; and what you know of about the many people who know them."

And then a startling message from Kit Green to Pandolfi:

"I need you to know that Col. Weaver has contacted me and said he is Gene Loscowski. Her referred in detail to the meeting you and I had with Barry Hennessey about Rick's polygraph records ... He quoted what I SAID, WHAT YOU DID, AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE MEETING TO CONVINCE ME OF WHO HE WAS. He also told me the essence of the SERPO story was true."
