(STARpod.org) -- What do UFOs have to do with the War on
Terror?
Possibly -- and this is pure speculation folks -- they may be the source of an
early warning system.
The connection involves more than merely grouping UFO 'kooks' and psychic
'wackos' into the same category.
The best performing 'official' psychics, those persons that at one time actually
wowed the Intelligence Community with acts of mental dexterity that science
states are impossible, often mention anecdotal claims that their 'extraordinary
human perceptions' have a less-than-earthly origin.
And this is exactly where science, superstition, and human fallibility come face
to face with the unknown: What happens when human beings make contact with a
higher intelligence in possession of time machines?
All kinds of extraordinary claims have been made over the years about what
happens when human intelligence is confronted by the extraordinary powers of a
greater mind: metal bends, telepathic messages are sent and received, strange
inexplicable and mechanical (and sometimes even comical) apparitions appear as
the phenomena morphs continuously in response to the thoughts of the human
observers.
And sometimes, some of the 'messages' appear to predict the future. It's almost
as if human minds are briefly tied into a Cosmic Internet: the communication and
computing network of minds millions of years more advanced than the gray matter
processor we carry in our heads.
Modern cosmology has been forced by ever-improving methods of gathering data
about the universe, to conclude that we live in a Multiverse: a vast collection
of parallel universes. Quantum theory, and more recently, quantum computing,
also imply a similar idea.
The theory of quantum time, in the Multiverse of Many Worlds, has been
interpreted to mean that not only is time travel a possibility, but a time
machine is a portal between different universes. David Deutsch, a world leading
figure in the quantum computing revolution, proclaims that "other times are just
special cases of other universes."
As an example of Cosmic Mind Coincidence Conspiracy in action, consider a small coincidence in the war on terror.
In July 2007, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff -- days after
reporting of "a gut feeling" and following a report from ABC News warning of a
possible "spectacular attack" -- made an appearance at a site previously
identified as a prime target for a terrorist nuke.
The site had already been selected a few weeks earlier using psychic AMP (AMP is
the acronym for Anomalous
Mental Phenomena, formerly used by the Defense Intelligence Agency). Psychic spies had selected the same site following unconfirmed
reports that two loose nukes had made their way onto U.S. soil. The devices
were allegedly old Soviet nuclear mines and were no longer functional. The
target location given by the psychics was passed to their intelligence contact.
The location, the twin Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, were the subjects of
a RAND study on the effects of a nuclear bomb detonation.
According to the RAND document, "Considering the Effects of a Catastrophic
Terrorist Attack" by Charles Meade and Roger C. Molander, "The authors carry out
a scenario analysis and strategic gaming revolving around a catastrophic
terrorist attack on the Port of Long Beach. The authors describe the results
from this investigation and provide many of the primary results from the
analysis in the appendixes."
In addition to the concerns raised by the RAND study, the same general location
had been identified as a likely terrorist target for the alleged nuclear mines
using anomalous mental perception, a means of eliciting real information using
the intuitive senses of the human mind. One of the psychics suggested a fire
station might be involved.
And then Chertoff made his appearance.
According to the LA Times:
Flanked by lawmakers and law enforcement authorities at a fire station at the
Port of Los Angeles, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff on Friday
unveiled a new strategy for the rapid resumption of trade after a terrorist
attack at a major U.S. port. As the U.S. Coast Guard gunboat Halibut idled a few
yards offshore, Chertoff said the plan was "about making sure we spend as little
time as possible paralyzed by an attack."
The AMP data suggested that the first use of a nuclear device in an act of
terrorism would involve ground-level detonation in a port location.
In the RAND study "terrorists conceal a 10-kiloton nuclear bomb in a shipping
container and ship it to the Port of Long Beach. Unloaded onto a pier, it
explodes shortly thereafter. This is referred to as a 'ground-burst' as opposed
to an 'airburst' explosion. We used this scenario because analysts consider it
feasible, it is highly likely to have a catastrophic effect, and the target is
both a key part of the U.S. economic infrastructure and a critical global
shipping center."
Previous AMP data suggested that the fireball of the device was several hundred
yards in size, placing the device well outside of the so-called suitcase nuke
category of miniature nuclear weapons.
According to the RAND study:
The infrastructure and ships in the Port of Long Beach and the adjoining Port
of Los Angeles are completely destroyed by the blast and fires.
Sixty thousand people die or will die soon because of direct blast effects and
radiation poisoning.
The radioactive fallout of water and sediment from the port exposes 150,000
people to hazardous radiation levels, requiring prompt medical attention.
Six million people will try to evacuate the Los Angeles region to avoid the
radioactive fallout.
Gasoline is in critically short supply because of the effects on refineries in
the Long Beach area. Long Beach refines approximately one-third of gasoline west
of the Rockies, and there is no pipeline infrastructure to import supplies to
the region.
Radioactive fallout contaminates a 500-km2 region, prohibiting residence for
10–20 years. Two to three million residents will require relocation facilities.
The above results are consistent with previous estimates of nuclear weapon
effects in large urban areas. In detail, our results are sensitive to the
population and infrastructure near the blast site and to the population
densities in the fallout regions.
The real-life business of the government's X-files remains hidden in
plain sight. The government claims "we can neither confirm nor deny"
that documents exist showing extraterrestrial objects have been
tracked as they enter the Earth's air space. Meanwhile a handful of
very high ranking intelligence officials play out spy games on the
Internet about reverse engineering alien technology and a former CIA
Deputy Director for Intelligence is implicated in the sordid affair.
The core of this story involves high level government intelligence
persons and SERPO, a "soap opera" about US government contact with
an extraterrestrial alien intelligence.

His name is Ingo Swann. In the 1970s, he was one of America's secret
weapons brought to bear against the Soviet Union: a psychic spy,
