We have compiled images from CIA-released STAR GATE documents about the CIA and DIA remote viewers, also known as "psychic-spy" sources tasked to use AMP -- anomalous mental phenomena -- to access information not available to ordinary senses. Most of the documents presented here were classified SECRET prior to their release following Congressionally mandated review.

Is this DIA document from 1987 a warning of the rise of Usama bin Ladin?

"Bin Ladin and Azzam agreed that the organization successfully created for Afghanistan should not be allowed to dissolve. They established what they called a base or foundation (al Qaeda) as a potential general headquarters for future jihad. Though Azzam had been considered number one in the MAK, by August 1988 Bin Ladin was clearly the leader (emir) of al Qaeda."

If there is a message in the September 2007 video from Osama bin Laden, it all comes down to his beard.

The Telegraph (UK) reports:

Experts warned that the video released on Friday, which was presented as a “message to the American people,” hinted that al-Qa’eda was planning another attack on US interests.

According to Azzam Tamimi, head of the London-based Institute of Islamic Political Thought, the beard dye was a “sign of war.” The rigorous Salafi Islamic school to which bin Laden belongs “condones this dye only in preparation for war,” he said.

If true this appears to confirm a 1987 DIA document that warns of imminent danger following the appearance of a man with a dark beard over the image of "a beleaguered, tired looking , old man with a long, straight, shaggy looking beard (gray)" -- from a document left in the archive of the CIA-released DIA STAR GATE files. In 1987 the DIA was investigating the potential of using anomalous mental phenomena, by focusing exotic forms of human potential to predict future events.

The DIA document is similar to before and after images of bin Laden that have been appearing on television and the Internet.

The DIA document warns that this image means a deadly strike is imminent.

This particular document has "SRV" written at the top of the document.

According to another DIA SUN STREAK document from the STAR GATE files:

Spontaneous Remote Viewing (SRV) [involves]
(1) Site acquisition by sealed envelope
(2) Monitor/Interviewer not present during viewing
(3) Reporting by written summary of perceptions
(4) Viewer's choice of working environment
(5) Not trainable - used only with experienced viewers

"McConnell says bin Laden's darker-looking beard has attracted particular notice among intelligence analysts."
